Okay, so a few more rules before you get started. Just bear with us.
Races[/u]
Koutai are the shifters. They are full-blooded with no human blood what-so-ever in their veins.
Konketsu can shift as well. They are not of pure blood, and have some trace of human blood in their veins. These creatures are rare and few. Don't be fooled, a mix of different koutai species (i.e. cat koutai and dog koutai) are still koutai. Konketsu must have human blood.
Humans cannot naturally shift. They are a mix of pure blooded-humans and mixed-blood humans.
The species for koutai and shifters are like dog, cat, wolf, horse, ect. And the breed centers it more, husky, white tabby, timber wolf, ect.
Forms
For Koutai, this never happens.
For Konketsu, on an annual basis, they will turn completely human. The annual basis can be different for everyone, like one may have this happen everyweek, one every other month, and one a whole week out of every year. It's up to you.
Humanoid Form: [/i]Like Koutai, Konketsu have this form too. For Konketsu, they are a morph of both animal, koutai, and human. In the facade of a human, they can have appendages like paws/talons/claws, ears, tails, wings, whiskers, etc that are from their animal form. They are a almost perfect mix of Koutai and human.
Koutai Form: [/i]Like their human form, they need a koutai form more so to even out their blood than to add extra strength as in the Koutai case. Sometimes they shift forms, sometimes they stay in humanoid form but their body changes. They get stronger, faster, senses more acute. Fangs usually get long as do claws. Hair can grow in length, change in color, go from smooth to rough and spikey. it is a rougher humanoid/animal form. More feral. Darker.
Animal (Shifted) Form: Like Full Koutai, these have animal forms. It is the representation of their aura, their power. It shows the base instincts inside. Even though they don't usually get ruled by instincts, some Konketsu have more instinct-related thoughts. Nothing is as in depth as 'human' emotions. It is, as I said, basic. But most all Konketsu have complete rule in this form.[/blockquote][/ul]
Any questions, don't be afraid to ask.

- Pure-blood- No koutai blood in their veins at all.
- Mixed-blood- Though they are similar to konketsu, konketsu have mainly or exactly half koutai blood in their system. If their is more human blood (i.e. grandfather was konketsu, rest of family was humans) in them, then they are still humans, but mixed-bloods. The only thing different about them from pure-bloods otherwise is a good use of powers.
